Position: NetSuite Techno‑Functional Consultant
Experience Required: 5+ years in NetSuite ERP implementation, customization, functional consulting, and integrations
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions
• Configure and optimize NetSuite modules across Finance, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory, and CRM
• Perform functional analysis, gap assessments, and process mapping
• Provide end‑user support including functional guidance, UAT coordination, and post‑go‑live assistance
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, solution designs, and SOPs
Technical Responsibilities
• Design and develop NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
• Build and manage integrations through RESTlets, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), and middleware tools
• Execute structured data migration activities including cleansing, validation, and loading
• Create advanced Saved Searches, SuiteQL queries, Workbooks, and custom analytical reports
• Develop and enhance Advanced PDF/HTML templates
• Manage deployment using SDF, version control tools (e.g., Git), and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot both functional and technical system issues to ensure smooth operation
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and end‑to‑end business processes
• Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk APIs
• Proficiency in JavaScript, API development, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and authentication frameworks
• Strong command of SuiteAnalytics including Saved Searches, SuiteQL, and Workbooks
• Hands‑on experience with SDF development and structured deployments
• Knowledge of Dunning Letter SuiteApp and related configurations
• Solid data migration experience (CSV imports, scripting, datasets)
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD automation practices
Preferred Qualifications
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, or NetSuite Administrator, or SuiteCloud Developer Certification
• Experience with subscription‑billing platforms such as SuiteBilling, ZoneBilling, or similar
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Ability to work independently and within team environments
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and system optimization
