About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Global Strategic Account Manager to join our team that empowers top investment firms and global brands with cutting-edge insights into consumer spending. This role focuses on owning and growing high-value relationships across Hedge Fund and Institutional Investment clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a defined portfolio of strategic hedge fund and institutional accounts, including full renewal and expansion quota responsibility
- →Drive usage, adoption, and multi-team penetration across existing subscriptions
- →Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consistent engagement with senior stakeholders
- →Lead contract renewals and pricing negotiations, managing objections effectively
- →Maintain accurate pipeline, renewal, and forecast tracking in Salesforce
- →Conduct regular client meetings and executive updates
- →Relay client feedback to inform product and commercial strategy
- →Partner across internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓10+ years' experience in prospective sales with a track record of exceeding targets
- ✓3+ years focus on alternative data solutions for Financial Services clients
- ✓Proficiency in the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- ✓Experience in Salesforce and Excel
- ✓In-depth knowledge of alternative data solutions
- ✓Existing network in the US investment community
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities
- ✓High ethical standards and integrity
- ✓Knowledgeable in SaaS and data-driven decision making
