About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in the APAC region. This critical role serves as the strategic bridge between operational initiatives and regional execution, ensuring bookings adhere to company policy and maintain accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

→Own APAC territory execution, ensuring bookings adhere to company policy, maintain accuracy, and meet compliance requirements.
→Serve as a primary execution and escalation partner for the Finance Global Capability Center (FGCC).
→Partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and related teams to support complex deal structures.
→Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparing, reviewing, and improving reconciliations.
→Proactively identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
→Develop and analyze business performance reporting to ensure an accurate reflection of operational results.
→Oversee and support multiple operational and process improvement initiatives.
→Work with Business Technology and Finance Transformation teams to support system enhancements.
→Support training and enablement efforts on processes, complex scenarios, and operational best practices.
→Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Revenue Operations workflows.

Requirements

✓6–8+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role.
✓Advanced knowledge of operations systems and tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, or Tableau.
✓Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
✓Bonus: Bi-lingual English/Japanese.
