About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our Information Services team in San Francisco. This role focuses on building scalable systems and infrastructure to prevent IT incidents rather than just responding to them.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide on-site support in the SF office, handling day-to-day support requests, device issues, AV and conferencing setup
→Analyze recurring incidents and requests to identify root causes and systemic gaps
→Build and maintain documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources
→Contribute to enterprise IT projects by bringing operational context
→Support implementation of responsible usage policies and compliance frameworks
→Identify patterns in incidents and contribute ideas for prevention

Requirements

✓3–5+ years in IT Support, IT Systems Administration, or similar technical operations role
✓Familiarity with AI platforms like Glean, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, Google Gemini AI
✓Experience configuring SaaS applications and managing enterprise productivity tools
✓Ability to set up and troubleshoot AV and conferencing equipment
✓Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools
✓Professional and composed in a high visibility environment
✓Clear communicator with strong follow-through
✓Self-aware and resourceful
