About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead Contentful’s global Creator ecosystem, transforming how marketers, designers, content managers, and developers learn to build personalized digital experiences. You will design and scale foundational systems, community structures, credential offerings, and recognition frameworks that empower practitioners to share expertise and accelerate customer activation.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and own the multi-year Creator Program strategy and roadmap, aligned to key business objectives
→Lead end-to-end execution of the Learning Services: Creator Program, ensuring deliverables meet business goals
→Design and run digital community programs for technical and non-technical users
→Partner across teams to map Creator journeys from discovery to activation to VIP advocate
→Define and track Creator Program and community KPIs
→Stand up governance models for Creator community contributions
→Manage program tools and vendor relationships across community platforms

Requirements

✓6+ years of program management experience in customer education, creator/community programs, or similar B2B SaaS roles
✓Proven success designing and scaling creator or customer communities with measurable outcomes
✓Strong strategic and operational skills with experience setting vision, building roadmaps, and systematizing successful approaches
✓Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using analytics to optimize engagement
✓Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs across regions and time zones
✓Experience with community, creator, or advocacy platforms
✓Excellent communication and storytelling skills
✓Passion for creators, learning, and community
✓Experience with credentialing and skills-based recognition
