About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead large, cross-team programs and drive alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders within the Product Development organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end program management for complex, multi-team technical initiatives
→Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
→Break down strategic objectives into clear program plans
→Coordinate and align multiple teams toward shared outcomes
→Identify risks, trade-offs, and bottlenecks
→Establish and maintain program governance
→Maintain accurate program artifacts in tools like JIRA and Confluence
→Champion operational excellence and scalable program practices

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
✓Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management
✓Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
✓Strong program management fundamentals
✓Solid technical fluency with experience partnering with engineering teams
✓Proficiency in program and project management methodologies
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Hands-on experience with JIRA and familiarity with Confluence, Asana, Miro, or similar tools
