About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Engineer to join our team at Contentsquare. This role involves leading a product engineering team focused on building AI-native, customer-facing experiences that help organizations understand and improve their digital journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, coach, and retain a high-performing engineering team
- →Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
- →Drive delivery of AI-powered capabilities from idea to production

Requirements
- ✓5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years leading teams
- ✓Proven people leadership: coaching, motivation, and building inclusive, high-performing teams
- ✓Strong technical judgment and understanding of complex systems
- ✓Product mindset and customer empathy
- ✓Clear communicator who can align cross-functional partners
- ✓Strong curiosity about AI and a learning mindset

- ✓TypeScript monorepo: React/Vue frontend, NestJS backend, PostgreSQL
- ✓Multi-LLM integration via Vercel AI SDK
