- →Deliver Best-in-Class Analytics: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide superior analytics capabilities across a comprehensive range of application frameworks.
- →Enhance Efficiency and User Value: Continuously improve the efficiency of our services and overall experience for our users, taking consistent feedback from the field teams and our customers.
Requirements
- ✓Strategic Leadership: You have defined and driven major technical innovations and strategy at the company or group level, creating competitive advantage through unlocking innovation, efficiency, and differentiated offerings.
- ✓Cross-Org Influence: You can align and mobilize stakeholders across product lines, engineering, legal, and GTM, operating comfortably in a matrixed environment.
- ✓Customer & Market Research: You have worked closely with customers to understand how they can be supported, uplifted, and accelerated, with an understanding of the current market and future state.
- ✓Engineering Partnership: You have forged strong partnerships with engineering to ensure solutions meet customer needs, business goals, and set up for long-term success.
- ✓Technical Understanding of Data Collection Systems: You understand the strengths and limitations of various technologies, working closely with engineering to consider customer implications of technical decisions.
- ✓Enterprise-Ready: You have operated in B2B SaaS environments with customers across the globe, including security- and compliance-conscious customers.
