About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Dropbox and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our evolving suite of products. This role focuses on growing the ecosystem of integrations that power Dropbox Dash, our next-generation AI product for workplace search and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own with high agency: Take full ownership of capabilities, platforms, and experiments from end to end. Use a hypothesis-driven, growth-minded approach to development.
- →Prioritize for impact: Balance short-term wins with long-term foundational work. Build and maintain a product roadmap that consistently delivers high value to customers.
- →Understand the customer: Collaborate with design, research, and cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of user needs.
- →Drive results: Navigate execution challenges with a focus on outcomes. Make strategic trade-offs, forecast resource needs, manage risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓At least 5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, API-first, or integration-focused environments
- ✓Proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes from concept through launch
- ✓Technical fluency and domain expertise in building search and AI-powered integrations
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to drive outcomes from end to end
- ✓Deep customer empathy with a clear understanding of both internal and external user needs
- ✓Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
