About the Role
We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer to manage and maintain our network infrastructure for central Datacenter core networks. This critical role involves overseeing various network components and providing expert consulting support.
Key Responsibilities
- βOversee and maintain core switches, Cisco ACI environments, firewalls, load balancers, and access switches within the central datacenter
- βEnsure high availability and optimal performance of all network components
- βLead the design, development, and implementation of core network architectures for location-specific datacenters
- βProvide expert consulting support to tiered locations on network design and implementation
- βContinuously monitor and optimize the performance of network access services
- βWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions align with requirements
- βDrive escalation and problem management processes, coordinating complex incident and problem resolution
Requirements
- βExperience with Cisco ACI environments and core network components
- βStrong knowledge of network design, implementation, and optimization
- βAbility to provide expert consulting support on network issues
- βExperience with backup and restore processes for datacenter networks
- βSkills in coordinating with external partners and vendors
- βExperience handling 3rd level IT tickets
- βHardware patching and network infrastructure configuration skills
