About the Role
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our growing Security Operations Center team. This role involves managing MDR systems, investigating security alerts, and overseeing third-party teams to ensure effective detection and response capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage Crowdstrike MDR by escalating alerts, handling incidents according to playbooks, adding business context to events, and managing actions
- →Investigate endpoint/sensor tampering alerts and ensure repairs are completed by responsible teams
- →Oversee and manage third-party teams working in the SoC for topics such as EDR, SIEM, KPI, and report analysis
- →Support the continuous development of SoC capabilities
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop cybersecurity maturity
- →Scale cybersecurity according to business needs
Requirements
- ✓Experience with MDR systems and incident response
- ✓Knowledge of SIEM tools and KPI analysis
- ✓Ability to manage third-party security teams
- ✓Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
