About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Wayve's Software organization. This role focuses on ensuring core development teams can efficiently develop and ship the world's first AV2.0 Driver. You will work closely with Engineering and Program leaders to enable multi-disciplinary research and development teams to build and iterate quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain platforms and tooling required to train and validate ML models at scale
- →Handle hardware bring-up and management, platform for inference and control, and remote system management
- →Develop features for commercial autonomy products
- →Create workflows for fast experimentation, evaluation, and reliable production delivery
- →Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software programs
- →Collaborate with program managers, product managers, software engineers, and other teams
- →Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- →Drive effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders
- →Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior management
- →Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clarity, alignment, and synergy among different teams
- →Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks
- →Lead regular program reviews and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders
- →Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
- ✓Strong technical background with understanding of software and systems engineering principles
