About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to oversee the development and utilization of data systems in the Foreign Exchange payments processing industry. The ideal candidate will define and implement the enterprise data architecture strategy and ensure robust data governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Architect and develop data architecture solutions on enterprise data platforms using Snowflake, Tableau, and AWS
→Collaborate with stakeholders to design data models, schemas, and data transformations that align with business needs
→Ensure data integration, governance, and security across the organization
→Develop semantic models to support business intelligence and reporting needs
→Implement and troubleshoot data solutions from concept through to production
→Integrate AI/ML technologies into the data architecture
→Document data architecture, pipelines, and processes

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
✓Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data management, and data governance
✓Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and ETL processes
✓Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Python
✓Experience with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, Erwin Data Modeler, and Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler
✓Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases
✓Ability to translate business requirements into effective semantic models using Tableau
✓Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
✓Strong communication and collaboration abilities
