About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with Agile Coach experience to support teams in developing strong Agile mindsets and practices. This role focuses on observing team dynamics, identifying improvement opportunities, and guiding teams toward greater collaboration and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

→Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
→Observe team interactions to identify impediments and improvement opportunities.
→Guide teams in developing self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement habits.
→Facilitate Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and workshops.
→Partner with stakeholders to align team priorities with organizational goals.
→Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Slack/Teams to support team alignment.
→Interpret Agile metrics to help teams understand performance and improvement areas.

Requirements

✓Minimum 2 years of industry experience, ideally with exposure to Agile environments.
✓Familiarity with Agile frameworks, practices, and collaboration tools.
✓Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
✓A demonstrated interest in Agile coaching and continuous improvement.
