About the Role

CookUnity is seeking a CRM Associate to join our growing team. This role will support the CRM team in planning, implementing, scheduling, and executing timely email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages to our Lead segment while collaborating on communication strategies and campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications (both ad hoc and automated), and building of customer segments in our CRM platform (Braze) for Lead Gen efforts
→Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap
→Support upkeep of weekly performance reporting
→Assist in cross-functional communication between the CRM team and internal stakeholders
→Write briefs for emails, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages
→Collaborate with data/analytics team to classify/categorize campaigns
→Coordinate copy and design work to ensure deadlines are met
→Facilitate internal sign-off of communications from internal stakeholders

Requirements

✓1-2+ years of working experience in D2C email marketing
✓Experience with building and deploying emails from scratch
✓Experience working cross-functionality with creative partners
✓Experience operating a CRM platform
✓Very strong written and verbal skills in English
✓Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks
