About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join CookUnity's Personalization Squad, responsible for enhancing our web app's recommendations and UI personalization using Machine Learning models. This high-impact role will directly influence all parts of CookUnity, helping customers easily find their favorite meals from our extensive menu.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and implement features within our JavaScript stack that engage customers and improve their lives
→Iterate on new and existing features to enhance user experience and performance
→Contribute to strong software architecture, development best practices, and new technologies
→Improve our technical stack with engineering best practices
→Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers
→Contribute technically to projects by coding, removing roadblocks, and fixing issues
→Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, and other teams to refine and improve our product
→Ensure high levels of uptime and support the on-call rotation

Requirements

✓At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
✓Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, MySQL, and Typescript
✓Experience designing and building cloud architecture, backends, middle ends, and web apps
✓Experience implementing and maintaining unit tests and e2e tests
✓Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures
✓Understanding of how to interact with and build backend REST APIs
✓Familiarity with continuous integration
✓Advanced level of English
