About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance & Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance leadership. This role focuses on translating operational and enrollment data into financial forecasts and decision-ready recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

→Own monthly revenue forecasting across campuses, brands, and programs
→Build and maintain driver-based forecast models connecting student population to revenue outcomes
→Develop executive scorecards and KPI tracking for the CFO and FP&A team
→Maintain the student population dashboard and track enrollment trends
→Reconcile forecast outputs to source systems and identify reporting anomalies
→Write SQL queries to join, validate, and reconcile data across systems
→Produce actionable analysis on revenue performance and conversion

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Intelligence
✓Strong experience with revenue forecasting and driver-based financial models
✓Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and scenario analysis
✓Advanced Tableau or Power BI experience for executive dashboards
✓Strong SQL skills for querying and reconciling data
✓Understanding of core FP&A processes including budgeting and variance analysis
✓Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to executive stakeholders
✓Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
