About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Coupang Ads, the advertising division of Coupang. You will be responsible for setting the product roadmap direction and achieving revenue targets in your product areas. This role involves building products to enable new advertiser and item acquisition at scale and directly owning the technology that enables internal sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for a scalable acquisition product
- →Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including writing product requirements and defining use cases
- →Provide product ownership and direction for a team of UX designers, developers, and business analysts
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across Coupang to ensure successful performance and development
- →Continually identify opportunities to improve the marketplace experience for all parties
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience developing innovative new products and taking them to market
- ✓Hands-on experience working in an agile environment with rapid iteration
- ✓Track record of using data and quantitative research to inform decision making
- ✓Understanding of marketplace/consumer platform models

- ✓Ability to turn ambiguous problems into scoped projects and features
