About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Lead Visual Designer to join CoW DAO and help shape design as a practice. This hands-on lead role involves creating high-quality brand and marketing designs while guiding 1–2 designers and setting design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the creative vision and visual evolution of CoW DAO’s brands
- →Design visual assets for marketing, including digital content, launch videos, social media assets, and physical collateral
- →Mentor 1–2 designers, providing guidance and support
- →Ensure a cohesive design language across marketing visuals and product interfaces
- →Support product design by acting as a sounding board or stepping in when needed
- →Foster a culture of continuous professional growth and collaboration among designers
- →Identify gaps and opportunities for impact in the design organization
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Senior Visual Designer
- ✓Passionate about design with a growth mindset and eagerness to share knowledge
- ✓Previous experience leading a small team or mentoring designers
- ✓Expertise with Figma, Adobe Suite, design systems, and remote design workflows
- ✓Knowledge of UI/UX and motion design
- ✓Experience working in tech companies with a clear understanding of remote cross-team workflows
- ✓Collaborative, easy to work with, and strong at prioritization
- ✓Data-conscious and confident using numbers to inform design decisions
