About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (DACH) to join our team at Creatio. This role focuses on managing relationships with partners in the DACH region, ensuring partner health, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Building strong partner relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to facilitate partnership growth
- →Using strategic thinking and relationship management to drive growth from existing partners
- →Managing renewals of annual agreements and performing quarterly business reviews
- →Delivering satisfied partner relationships that result in references, case studies, and renewals
- →Conducting regularly scheduled partner check-in calls to determine how to maximize client satisfaction
- →Helping partners grow their skills and experience working with Creatio technology
- →Growing pipeline and closed business alongside partners
- →Leading the qualification process with partners and collaborating with the sales team
- →Deep search in social media and identifying/contacting potential partners for new business opportunities
- →Acquiring new target partners and supervising the onboarding provision
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5+ years of experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment
- ✓Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- ✓Experience in managing medium to large partners, including global system integrators
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners
- ✓Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales
- ✓Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential
- ✓Understanding of CRM and BPM applications, and experience in executing business solutions would be a bonus
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint
