About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join Figma, a company that empowers teams to streamline workflows and collaborate in real time. This role involves managing upper funnel customer acquisition across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the connective tissue between EMEA Regional Marketing Managers, Global Demand Generation, and Global Brand/Social/Paid Media/Lifecycle teams
- →Drive EMEA-wide demand efforts for each of our sales segments through multi-channel localised experiences
- →Define lead stages, routing, funnel performance, and pipeline creation for marketing programs
- →Collaborate with Marketing leadership and sales reps to translate business objectives into impactful programs
- →Report on initiative performance across sub-regions and provide feedback to improve centrally led campaigns
- →Lead ongoing communications, monthly and quarterly business reviews
Requirements
- ✓Extremely strong communication and project management skills
- ✓Experience with large-scale revenue campaigns or initiatives
- ✓Previous experience in both tops down and bottoms up product-led sales motions
- ✓Ability to gather input and establish alignment between senior stakeholders
- ✓Proven track record of articulating global programs within the EMEA region
- ✓Strong analytical skills and a collaborative attitude
