About the Role
We are seeking an innovative QA Automation Engineer to join the Marketing Domain at Creatio, a global vendor of agentic CRM & workflow platforms. This role involves overseeing the full testing cycle and collaborating within Scrum teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and maintain E2E automated tests with Playwright (in TypeScript)
- →Perform exploratory and manual testing for new features and complex workflows
- →Cover UI/API/business logic scenarios
- →Work closely with developers and analysts to identify edge cases and improve test coverage
- →Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Knowing testing techniques and applying them
- ✓Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand how the product works
- ✓Experience with web UI testing, E2E test scenarios, and API testing
- ✓Understanding the principles of web application operation
- ✓Willing to thoroughly investigate issues (read logs, SQL, Fiddler, IIS, Redis, etc.)
- ✓Experience working with JIRA and Test Management tools like Zephyr, TestRail or their counterparts
- ✓Experience with version control systems: Git and SVN; knowing JavaScript/TypeScript
