About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Creatio, a global vendor of an AI-native platform for workflow automation and CRM. This role is critical in supporting our sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads in the low-code automation and CRM market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively engage with prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- →Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and industry trends
- →Collaborate with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion
- →Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM and manage lead data
- →Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospects and build a strong pipeline
- →Continuously refine outreach techniques to enhance prospecting success
Requirements
- ✓At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software
- ✓Demonstrated success in generating leads and meeting or exceeding KPIs
- ✓Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools
- ✓Familiarity with low-code development and CRM software
