About the Role
Crexi is seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to help clients succeed while driving meaningful business outcomes. This role focuses on deep customer engagement, value reinforcement, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage customers consistently and proactively through regular calls and touchpoints
- →Drive platform adoption through education, best-practice sharing, and strategic conversations
- →Lead renewal, retention, and expansion discussions confidently
- →Manage customer SLAs to ensure timely responses and reliable experiences
- →Build strong multi-level relationships with key stakeholders
- →Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- →Advocate for customers internally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership
- →Serve as a trusted Crexi expert offering industry insight and strategic guidance
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment
- ✓High-velocity customer engagement model experience preferred
- ✓Customer-obsessed with relationship-oriented approach
- ✓Experience leading client consultations regarding renewals and expansion
- ✓Strong communication skills across all channels
- ✓Fast-paced environment experience with process consistency
- ✓Motivated by growth and retention targets
- ✓Empathetic with strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
