About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team at Crisp. This role involves facilitating consultative discovery sessions with law firm owners to understand their unique goals and challenges. Success in this role means aligning our solutions to client needs, negotiating effectively, and closing multi-year agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead consultative discovery meetings scheduled by Business Development and Marketing teams to identify law firm owners' needs
- →Independently qualify, nurture, and book calls with qualified inbound leads
- →Clearly communicate the value of tailored solutions and build trust with law firm owners or decision makers
- →Prepare and present custom proposals, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements lasting 12-24 months
- →Collaborate closely with onboarding and account management teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients
- →Track and manage all sales activities, pipeline progress, and deal forecasting in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- ✓Ability to work Monday-Friday at our Atlanta, GA office or willingness to relocate
- ✓4+ years of professional sales experience engaging directly with law firm owners, C-level executives, or senior decision-makers
- ✓Demonstrated track record of consistent quota attainment and meeting sales performance metrics
- ✓Experience selling multi-year agreements with total deal values of $100K or more
- ✓Ability to clearly communicate the value of tailored solutions and build trust with executive-level relationships
- ✓Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, from initial discovery to closing the deal
- ✓Experience collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Fulfillment teams
- ✓Proficiency using CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce to manage pipeline, track activities, and measure performance
