About the Role

We are looking for an Information Security Consultant to join Crosslake, supporting private equity and portfolio company clients in applying information security vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

→Consult with clients on information security vision and strategy
→Assess and address information security risks with customers
→Interact with customer executives to implement desired changes
→Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity operations teams and processes
→Manage customer security programs including compliance initiatives
→Direct cybersecurity incident response activities
→Represent Crosslake in industry cybersecurity forums
→Evaluate and secure key systems within customer environments
→Analyze systems for security exposure and provide remediation recommendations
→Develop and maintain security and compliance control processes
→Implement new technologies and security solutions

Requirements

✓15+ years securing organizations in roles like CISO, Security Director/Manager
✓Demonstrated history of implementing security controls
✓Experience leading in fast-paced, complex organizations
✓CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
✓Knowledge of ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA, SOC, SOX, and NIST frameworks
✓Strong understanding of security best practices
✓Solid knowledge of business management processes
✓Expertise in application security, cloud security, encryption, identity and access management, mobile security, network security, and virtualization security
