About the Role
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Partner to join Doctolib in Milan. This role involves providing IT support to users across Germany, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, ensuring the best experience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the single point of contact for users requiring IT support via phone or helpdesk platform
- →Handle level 1 requests and incidents, including access to applications and technical diagnosis
- →Accompany users from ticket opening to resolution
- →Escalate incidents to local IT Support teams
- →Detect incidents or recurring requests for continuous improvement
- →Propose automation or processes to improve user satisfaction
- →Manage the IT Corner in our Milan office
- →Handle meeting room management, including hardware testing, updates, and replacements
- →Occasionally lift equipment up to 20kg
- →Provide occasional availability outside standard business hours for event support
