About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Technical Writer to join Crusoe, a company focused on sustainable technology and AI innovation. This role involves establishing and owning customer-facing product documentation for AI developers and infrastructure engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop an AI-native documentation strategy using native AI tools to improve writing efficiency.
- →Author and maintain customer-facing product documentation, including setup guides, tutorials, and knowledge-base articles.
- →Ensure documentation is consistent and connected across UI workflows, CLI usage, and APIs.
- →Produce clear, high-quality documentation tailored to developers and infrastructure engineers.
- →Establish templates, standards, and best practices for documentation.
- →Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to turn complex designs into clear documentation.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of technical writing experience in a technology company.
- ✓Mandatory experience using cloud services to execute AI workloads or experience with AI managed services.
- ✓A passion for the craft and a desire to reinvent technical writing through the use of AI tools.
- ✓High self-drive and the ability to operate independently in a startup environment.
- ✓Familiarity with Neocloud architectures or high-performance computing environments.
