About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to lead Crusoe's workforce development initiatives in a critical dual-purpose role. You'll be responsible for both hands-on training and the strategic management of our training programs, including sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and the assembly of modular data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive technical training program for manufacturing roles
- →Directly train employees on core manufacturing processes and essential skills
- →Develop engaging training materials like video tutorials and written manuals
- →Implement a system for assessing employee skills and knowledge through practical tests and certifications
- →Work closely with department managers to identify skill gaps and future training needs
- →Create a positive new employee culture for all manufacturing employees
Requirements
- ✓At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- ✓Experience with fabrication, electrical assembly, or a related field
- ✓Proven experience in a training or leadership role
- ✓Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to interpret technical drawings
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strategic thinking to build a sustainable, scalable training program
