About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own Cryptio's API and AI Platform. This foundational role involves managing the platform that serves enterprise clients, internal teams, and AI systems, focusing on developer experience and API design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive the API roadmap, balancing needs of enterprise clients, internal teams, and AI consumers
- →Lead discovery with enterprise engineering teams to understand integration patterns and translate them into API design
- →Establish API design principles, versioning strategy, and deprecation policies
- →Design APIs with AI consumption in mind, ensuring structured responses and LLM compatibility
- →Own the end-to-end developer experience, including authentication, documentation, and SDKs
- →Act as the central coordination point across Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success
- →Define and monitor platform KPIs such as uptime, latency, and adoption
- →Support client onboarding, bespoke integrations, and API-based deal enablement
Requirements
- ✓Deep technical fluency in API design, versioning, and enterprise integration patterns
- ✓Experience building or owning developer-facing platforms
- ✓Understanding of how LLMs and agentic systems interact with APIs
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Strong product instincts to synthesize competing stakeholder requirements
- ✓Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership of complex platforms
- ✓Bonus: experience in crypto, fintech, compliance, or data infrastructure
