About the Role
CyberArk is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Mexico City. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills to drive technical wins during the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical pre-sales support to customers and prospects
- →Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by developing technical relationships
- →Present CyberArk’s technical value proposition effectively to customers and partners
- →Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- →Conduct and ensure success of customer proof-of-concepts
- →Document client feature requests and issues in CRM system
- →Support CyberArk and partner seminars and industry trade shows
- →Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
- →Develop technical knowledge of CyberArk and associated technologies
- →Mentor other system engineers when appropriate
- →Create training content for the SE organization when appropriate
Requirements
- ✓5-10 years of experience in relevant vendor software sales or similar technologies
- ✓Strong presentation skills
- ✓Organized and analytical approach to problem-solving
- ✓Ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
- ✓Comfortable in a dynamic technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
- ✓Ability to identify technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction
- ✓Ability to design optimal solutions for complex customer infrastructure and datacenter environments
- ✓Ability to communicate CyberArk’s value effectively on a global scale
