About the Role
Cyderes is seeking a Security Engineer to join our team, specializing in practical IAM, exposure management, and risk programs. This role plays a key part in daily system operations, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of requests via ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather business and technical requirements from customers and application owners
- →Provide input to functional and technical design where required
- →Ensure technical solutions meet customer requirements and perform as per design
- →Create customer delivery documentation such as implementation and configuration documents
- →Work closely with project and engagement managers to deliver tasks on time
- →Identify new and existing customer opportunities
- →Help create strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders
- →Share best practices with team members to enhance the IAM center of excellence
- →Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production
- →Manage vendor technical support, contract maintenance, and product enhancements
- →Perform quality assurance checks for enhancements and updates
- →Install critical fixes upon analysis of IAM Solution patches
- →Work after-hours and weekends as necessary for a global organization
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- ✓Experience with installation, configuration, lifecycle workflows, and automated provisioning
- ✓Experience with Java or BeanShell and PowerShell
- ✓Experience with databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL
- ✓Experience installing complex applications on UNIX/Linux platforms
- ✓Experience in building custom API integrations
- ✓Proficient in Custom objects and rule configurations
- ✓Experience with SailPoint Upgrades and Patch installation
- ✓Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
