About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join DailyPay, the industry’s leading on-demand pay solution. This high-impact leadership role involves designing the user experience for our flagship consumer mobile product, blending remote focus with on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for consumer mobile features
- →Act as the design authority within your product squad
- →Translate broad ideas into valuable, elegant experiences
- →Foster a culture of rigorous inquiry and craft excellence
- →Partner with the Research team to validate complex interactions
- →Collaborate with engineers to implement and maintain a cohesive product
- →Stay at the forefront of the consumer finance and payments industries
Requirements
- ✓6+ years' experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing high-impact, consumer-facing mobile products
- ✓Deep expertise in managing the design process from start to finish
- ✓Mastery of iOS and Android design patterns
- ✓A "player-coach" mentality with leadership flexibility
- ✓Proven ability to influence product roadmaps
- ✓Exceptional communication skills
- ✓Fintech expertise (desirable)
