About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to drive sales to home builders and developers at Dandelion Energy. This role plays a critical part in delivering the company's growth through new construction production developers and other large-scale B2B opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and expand networks with home builders across South New Jersey and beyond
→Attend industry and regional events to engage with prospective clients
→Collaborate with the sales engineering team to develop winning proposals
→Work with the policy team to optimize rebates and incentive programs
→Stay informed on local and regional rebate opportunities

Requirements

✓Bachelor's Degree or higher
✓Based in the DMV (DC, Maryland or Virginia) or willingness to relocate within 2 months
✓6+ years of experience in business development or sales
✓Proven track record of exceeding targets and crafting go-to-market strategies
✓Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline from the ground up
✓Experience navigating startup environments
