About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Dandy, a company transforming the dental industry through technology. You will be responsible for generating leads and driving revenue as we build our go-to-market function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the initial point of contact to dental practice prospects
- →Utilize email, phone, and other creative channels to reach prospective clients through outbound tactics
- →Track sales activity using Salesforce and other software tools
- →Overcome objections and pitch the Dandy value proposition
- →Work with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targets
- →Partner with Account Executives on client handoffs
Requirements
- ✓1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
- ✓Experience with cold calling (SMB targets preferred)
- ✓Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new sales concepts
- ✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- ✓Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore new tools
- ✓Overall track record of professional and academic success
