About the Role
Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and growing venture-backed company. This role focuses on coordinating key activities to support an exceptional candidate experience and partner with our Recruiters and Recruiting Operations team as we scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own key coordination activities and support an exceptional candidate experience
- →Partner closely with Recruiters and Recruiting Operations team
- →Collaborate with cross-functional partners to schedule interviews and manage logistics
- →Contribute to building and optimizing our Ashby ATS
- →Engage in recruiting projects focused on inclusive hiring and candidate engagement
Requirements
- ✓One or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role
- ✓Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and ramping quickly
- ✓Experience with Ashby is a plus
