About the Role
Dandy is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to build the operational backbone that allows our business to scale. This person will identify the incremental systems and infrastructure required to move from a manual operation to a high-efficiency machine and build those systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own TC operations end-to-end: daily routing, pod structure, productivity tracking, quality standards, and capacity planning
- →Build the operational infrastructure that allows the TC team to scale efficiently
- →Identify bottlenecks across core operational workflows and design scalable solutions
- →Build the performance management system for treatment coordinators
- →Build scalable SOPs and playbooks that codify institutional knowledge
- →Partner with Recruiting and Enablement to build a TC hiring and ramp playbook
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of operations and/or strategy work in a high growth startup or big tech environment
- ✓Track record of building new operational processes and working through ambiguity
- ✓Demonstrated ability to build 0-to-1 systems from scratch
- ✓Track record of improving complex, cross-functional processes
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- ✓Highly process-oriented with a bias toward documentation and scalable infrastructure
- ✓Comfortable operating with ambiguity
- ✓Willingness to do hands-on work while building systems that replace it
