We are looking for a Team Lead Content Marketing to join our fast-growing B2B marketing agency. This role involves driving online growth for clients from strategy to execution, while leading part of the content team.

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B, fast-scaling, or agency environment
- ✓At least 2 years of management experience
- ✓Based in The Netherlands
- ✓Growth mindset, open to feedback, focused on learning, and committed to helping others improve
- ✓Strategic thinking combined with a love for execution
- ✓Confidence in owning and leading client relationships
