About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to help our government partners harness the full power of the Databricks platform in the New Zealand Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Consumption: Help customers derive value from the platform by identifying key use cases and increasing usage.
- →Champion real-world change: Lead initiatives that make measurable impact across health, education, sustainability, and economic development.
- →Shape Databricks’ Public Sector footprint: Identify, structure, and close strategic opportunities aligned with New Zealand’s digital priorities.
- →Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influence at the highest levels.
- →Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing transformative deals.
- →Collaborate with solution architects, customer success, and global teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- ✓A passion for impact and helping organizations use technology for the public good.
- ✓Proven experience in enterprise or Public Sector sales, ideally in cloud, data, or SaaS.
- ✓Strategic and structured approach with strong execution and accountability.
