About the Role
We are looking for a creative, experienced Named Account Executive to take the lead on two of Germany’s key enterprise accounts at Databricks. This role involves building and deepening strategic relationships, leading high-impact commercial opportunities, and delivering performance against ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take full ownership of key customers, setting a bold strategy to outperform revenue and consumption goals.
- →Execute with pace and precision, turning strategy into action and consistently exceeding targets.
- →Build boardroom-level trust, acting as the go-to data and AI advisor for senior and C-level stakeholders.
- →Continuously create and shape new business, expanding strategic use cases and driving platform adoption.
- →Mobilize the full Databricks ecosystem to unlock maximum value and measurable outcomes for customers.
- →Lead high-stakes, insight-led negotiations, successfully closing complex, multi-year opportunities.
Requirements
- ✓Experience developing strong relationships with large Enterprise accounts, managing virtual teams, and leading complex sales campaigns.
- ✓Experience selling Big Data, Data & AI/Analytics, or complex cloud technology solutions into large accounts.
- ✓Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies.
- ✓Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models and strategies working with professional services and training teams.
- ✓Experience co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Solution Integrators (GSI).
- ✓Experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives.
- ✓Fluency in German and English is essential.
- ✓Up to 40% travel required.
