About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team at Databricks. This role involves working with large enterprises to help them become more data-driven and adopt our products, particularly focusing on ML & AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and direct the technical strategy for our largest accounts
- →Build proofs-of-concept and demonstrate Databricks' products
- →Work with Enterprise Account Executives to maximize success in accounts
- →Provide structured mentorship for other team members
- →Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks
Requirements
- ✓Experience in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership
- ✓Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts
- ✓Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science
- ✓Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java
- ✓Experience practicing live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders
- ✓Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data
