About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Enterprise Hunter Account Executive to join Databricks in France. This role focuses on driving strategic growth and expanding our footprint across critical enterprise accounts in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess assigned accounts and develop strategies to execute against them
- →Build a customer base by identifying and closing new logo opportunities
- →Lead customers and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases
- →Identify land opportunities and develop expand/consumption use cases
- →Orchestrate and utilize internal teams to maximize impact on your ecosystem
- →Build exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers
- ✓Extensive experience in new logo hunting with strong performance
- ✓Experience working in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries with technical sales experience
- ✓Successful experience selling complex software deals and quota over-achievement
- ✓Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models
- ✓Knowledge of the Data & AI space with technology sales experience
- ✓Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value
- ✓Experience with robust sales methodologies and processes
- ✓Experience building effective champions, collaborative teams, and partnerships
- ✓Understanding of identifying key use cases and buying centres in an opportunity
- ✓Fluent French and business English required
