About the Role
Join Datadog's IT Support team to provide high-touch support to employees across Brazil and South America. You'll be part of a global team ensuring seamless IT services for all employees from their first day onward.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation
- →Participate in on-site walk-up support to provide face-to-face technical assistance
- →Identify trends and contribute to fixing issues
- →Support unified communications needs in conference rooms and common areas
- →Create and maintain internal and user-facing documentation
- →Conduct new hire IT orientations
- →Maintain hardware and software inventory
- →Mentor and train new team members
Requirements
- ✓Enjoy helping people and providing top-tier customer support
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Experience providing detailed support under high pressure in a corporate environment
- ✓Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, RingCentral, and Jamf
- ✓Experience managing medium to large IT projects
