About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join our fast-growing security and compliance tech company. This role focuses on driving financial strategy and reporting in a B2B SaaS scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead forecasting, performance tracking, and shareholder reporting
- →Own budgeting, strategic planning, and variance analysis across all functions
- →Deliver investor-grade board reporting, models, dashboards, and actionable financial insights
- →Track and optimize core SaaS metrics in collaboration with GTM, BI, and leadership teams
- →Build driver-based models for scenario planning, hiring pace, pricing, and investment evaluation
- →Act as Finance’s interface to BI, Tableau, and Salesforce
- →Partner with Financial Operations to align forecast accuracy with actuals
- →Support future funding or M&A processes through financial storytelling
- →Mentor and develop junior FP&A talent
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or SaaS financial modeling
- ✓Strong mastery of SaaS metrics and planning logic (ARR, churn, CAC, margins)
- ✓Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets)
- ✓Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
- ✓Experience working with Salesforce and commercial data
- ✓Solid understanding of accounting systems
- ✓Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- ✓Clear, confident communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Fluent in English; German is a plus
