About the Role

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join Scan.com, a digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. This role will sit at the center of performance, planning, and decision-making, helping leadership understand business dynamics and drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Own key components of the monthly rolling forecast
→Build and improve driver-based financial models
→Deliver variance analysis across revenue, margin, and opex
→Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve financial performance
→Support annual budgeting and long-range planning
→Analyze unit economics and contribution margins
→Model investment cases and ROI scenarios
→Identify risks and opportunities before they materialize
→Contribute to Board and investor reporting
→Improve reporting automation, structure, and data integrity

Requirements

✓Strong financial modelling capability and experience with driver-based forecasts
✓Experience delivering budgeting and rolling forecasts
✓Clear, concise communication skills to explain numbers to non-finance stakeholders
✓Commercial curiosity and the confidence to challenge assumptions
✓High attention to detail and strong data discipline
✓Experience in a high-growth, PE/VC-backed, or operationally complex environment
✓Ownership, intellectual honesty, and a desire to raise the bar
