About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role focuses on driving growth in the U.S. and Canada by simplifying global hiring and payroll for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive full-cycle sales, from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing
- →Identify and generate revenue through new logo acquisition and upselling/cross-selling
- →Build strategic partnerships with founders and executives
- →Proactively manage a book of accounts to increase renewal rates and revenue
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success
- →Represent Deel as a brand ambassador at industry events
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in SDR/BDR and AE roles with a track record of generating pipeline
- ✓2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, ideally in SaaS/Tech
- ✓Success in multi-product or solution-based sales, with payroll or HR products experience a plus
- ✓Thrive in high-performance, remote environments with an entrepreneurial mindset
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex global compliance issues
- ✓Quick with numbers, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deals and follow-ups
