About the Role
This role supports the Deel Field Services (DFS) expansion program, working directly with the Directors of Field Services. The position focuses on administrative coordination, task tracking, and operational support to ensure expansion initiatives are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Directors of Field Services
- →Create, update, and manage Jira tickets related to DFS expansion activities
- →Track actions, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- →Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and status updates
- →Support cross-functional coordination with internal teams
- →Prepare meeting notes, action logs, and follow-ups
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years experience working in Compliance or related field
- ✓Strong organizational and administrative skills
- ✓Experience using Jira or similar task/project management tools
- ✓Comfortable working with senior leadership
- ✓High attention to detail and reliability
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication
