About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Account Executive to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on driving sales growth for a defined segment or product. This role is essential for delivering strong revenue results and supporting overall commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
- →Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
- →Conduct regular 1:1s, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions
- →Build and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks
- →Monitor sales pipeline, activity levels, and forecasts
- →Support team members as a player-coach by joining key opportunities
- →Partner cross-functionally with internal teams
- →Analyze performance trends and KPIs to provide insights
- →Ensure strong operational discipline including CRM hygiene
- →Meet or exceed monthly and yearly team revenue targets
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience leading and developing Account Executives in a B2B sales environment
- ✓Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving results through others
- ✓Ability to coach sellers through complex sales cycles
- ✓Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to guide decisions
- ✓Experience building scalable processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Fluent in French and English
