We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Mux, a video platform for developers. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise video customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Net Revenue Retention across the global Mux Video customer base
- →Build retention and expansion strategies for each account
- →Leverage executive relationships and personal travel to establish connections within customer organizations
- →Drive a culture of customer excellence by understanding how video can help unlock business goals
- →Partner with Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects to optimize impact
- →Advocate for customer needs across Product, Executive, and Operations teams
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role
- ✓Experience selling Cloud infrastructure to software and tech companies
- ✓Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge in a commercial setting
- ✓Proven track record of solving problems and exceeding sales targets
- ✓Driven to perfect customer engagement cycles
