About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations & Planning Lead to join Google DeepMind's GenAI Strategy and Operations team. This role will manage the Business Operations & Analytics team, focusing on strategic planning, resource management, and operational execution to ensure the organization runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute strategic rhythms of the business, including Annual and 1H/2H planning processes
- →Drive the OKR process, including setting, tracking, and scoring objectives
- →Develop and run headcount and budget planning, forecasting, and day-to-day operations
- →Identify and implement strategies for optimizing resource utilization
- →Analyze resource management data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- →Build, manage and develop the Business Operations & Analytics team
- →Own the core day-to-day operations and business rhythms
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience building R&D operations from zero to one
- ✓Strong skills in process development with the ability to design low-friction, user-centric operational rhythms
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Hands-on Operational Leadership
- ✓Technical proficiency in AI, Google Suite, SQL, APIs, AppsScript, automation, forecasting, and data management
